One of the things I like to do when playing the Sims 3 is strip existing maps of plots, and reallocate lots based upon how I want the town to look. Yes, I could have used the EA "Create A World" tool, but I hate that thing and whoever coded it.
While rebuilding my version of Riverview, though my Sims know it as "Rio de Simeiro", I immediately noticed a lack of space. I do not like my commercial lots taking up precious space that could easily be another house, or another park. I also did not like how all the Late Night activity zones required a square larger than 30x30, which is the average size plot I allocate for any given location. My Sims don't live on an acreage, the Federal Sim Government would never allow such a waste of space as a 20x20 House on a 60x60 plot. As such, I discovered a need for entertainment on smaller plots of land.
Alas the 10x10 Project was born, and I present to you:
"During the early Shang Simla period, 'Sakaya' (liquor shop) became a popular place for Sims to gather, drink and eat merry. Through the years, tradition has formed into Guu Izakaya: a place for Sims to share not only food and drink, but also life stories and happy memories."

I did not intend for this to be a full-fledged "bar" for my Sims. The idea started as a fast food/take out restaurant type establishment. It was meant to be small, fit on a 10x10 lot, load fast on slow PCs and be a place where my Sims could get food when they were too lazy to cook.
Despite this being a Late Night location, there are no bouncers, no washrooms and no entertainment aside from your neighborhood Sims. !!This is NOT a Fusion Lounge venue replacement!! Because it is missing key elements, such as a toilet for your Sims, it is not possible to spend the entire day at the location like you would a regular lounge. I do not recommend using this as your "replacement". It is simply another location for your Sims to visit that can be placed on a 10x10 lot.
[History]
v1.1 - Removed "Food Register" from Lounge as it was creating a conflict with Fusion Lounge visitor settings - no neighborhood Sims would visit the lot as a result of it becoming a "store" as opposed to a "venue".
v1.0 - Added fridge and BBQ to kitchen to give a more "restaurant" feel.
[Bugs/Issues]
None. Fully tested in game. I do not use any player-made objects or mods. Everything is tested on an install that includes only Sims 3 + all current expansions, and items from the EA Sims 3 Store.
